“Real desire is unfolding.” - @open.hearts.coaching

Genuine desire isn’t just a thought, it’s a feeling that rises from deep within.

While our minds try to “solve our whole life in one fell swoop” with quick fixes, authentic desire unfolds gradually through the wisdom of our bodies.

The key difference:
A want says, “Once I get this, I’ll be fulfilled.”
Desire says, “It’s fulfilling to move toward this right now.”

To connect with your genuine desires, try changing the channel from your thoughts to the sensations in your body. Look for that “felt sense” of alignment and rightness in your stomach or heart.

Genuine desire requires patience, experimentation, and the courage to trust what might seem inconvenient.

But when you follow that internal compass, you’re not chasing future happiness, you’re experiencing fulfillment in the journey itself.
